B90 Holdings, a digital marketing and management firm specializing in the gaming sector, has named Andrew McIver as an Independent Director, with immediate effect. McIver brings extensive experience to B90, having collaborated with numerous successful gaming enterprises. Of note is his tenure as the Non-Executive Chairman of Italian gaming firm Planet Win/SKS365 Malta Ltd over the past three years, where he oversaw substantial EBITDA expansion. Previously, he held the position of Group CEO at Jackpotjoy, where he spearheaded the company’s public listing on the London Stock Exchange and directed operational streamlining.
Alongside McIver’s appointment, B90 has also designated Farzad Peyman as their Chief Financial Officer and Director of Mergers and Acquisitions. Peyman’s proficiency will be crucial as B90 aims to leverage growth prospects.
These appointments follow the addition of Mark Blandford, founder of Sportingbet plc, who joined B90 as a Strategic Advisor earlier this year. Ronny Breivik, Executive Chairman of B90, conveyed his excitement regarding the new team members, emphasizing their collective understanding, expertise, and background as essential catalysts for future expansion.
The digital gaming enterprise, B90 Holdings, is poised to broaden its footprint through the purchase of Emwys AB. This Sweden-based firm focuses on click-based marketing within the internet gaming sector. The transaction, valued at approximately $4 million, is anticipated to conclude by the first of September, 2023. This procurement comes on the heels of another significant action taken by B90 Holdings in July, when they inked a binding contract to obtain Funko International.
