The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City has named new executives to head up operations. Pending regulatory clearance from New Jersey gaming officials, George Goldhoff will assume the role of President, and Mike Sampson will become General Manager.
Goldhoff boasts extensive experience in the hospitality sector, with a notable career spanning renowned New York venues such as the Rainbow Room and the Plaza Hotel. Jim Allen, Chairman of Hard Rock International, expressed unwavering faith in Goldhoff’s capacity to replicate his prior achievements, emphasizing his pivotal contribution in elevating their Cincinnati property to a market leader within a mere three years.
Sampson, too, brings a wealth of expertise, having refined his abilities at Trump Entertainment Resorts and Seneca Gaming Corporation.
One of Atlantic City’s grandest casinos, the Hard Rock, debuted in 2018, occupying the former location of President Donald Trump’s Taj Mahal casino.
Separately, Hard Rock International recently concluded its 23rd annual Pinktober initiative, generating over \$1 million for breast cancer research.
During the entire month of October, Hard Rock venues globally went above and beyond to generate funds for a worthy endeavor. They offered unique, limited-time menu selections, awesome merchandise, and even a songwriting competition! Hard Rock has consistently demonstrated significant support for charitable organizations, particularly during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
