Throughout her tenure, she held numerous executive positions, supervising advertising, bingo activities, and directing crucial European territories. Her proficiency will be indispensable as Codere Online continues to broaden its reach.

The board assembly also involved some reorganization. The Ethics Committee, formerly a consultative group, was elevated to a complete board committee. Dr. Werner, who previously functioned as a non-voting spectator, will continue on the committee as a participant.
